How does the Arctic Warrior Cold Plunge System work?
This bundle is effective and straightforward to use and takes 5-10 minutes to set up.
Simply inflate the XL Ice Tub using the supplied pump, connect the inlet and outlet pipes to the Chiller unit using a simple hand-tight valve, turn on the chiller, and after it has self primed it will start to chill and filter the water, taking the water temperature down to a frosty 37 F / 3°C (if lowest temperature is selected by you).
The water chiller works with an integrated water pump, so there is no need to worry about DIY pumps and more purchases.
The intuitive touch-control panel is extremely easy to operate. Use the WiFi Connected App to control the temperature remotely, from your iOS or Android device.

The speed of cooling depends on the power of the chiller, the water temperature, the climate at your location and the amount of water that you filled your ice bath with.

The chiller has an in-built automatic real-time temperature regulating function, meaning that the temperature will stay as you need it to be for as long as you need it.
Can I fit in the tub if I’m 6'9"?
Our XL-size tub can accommodate up to 2 people or a single person tall up to 6’9.
Can I set up & install the tub & chiller on my own?
Yes, our products are super easy to set up; even a single (not so bright) person can do it in 10 to 15 minutes.
Just pump up the tub, connect the hoses to the chiller, according to the manual included and start using it. The chiller has transport wheels for easy manoeuvring around and the bath tub is compact when deflated and comes with a backpack. Both can be used virtually anywhere.
Can the tub & chiller be used outdoors?
Absolutely. Both products are certified waterproof, withstand any weather conditions, & perfect for outdoor use.

Regular maintenance of the chiller's filter is crucial for optimal performance. Cleaning is simple: unscrew the cover, remove the filter, and rinse it thoroughly using a brush under running water or a high-pressure garden hose. To prevent any potential damage due to restricted water flow, we recommend replacing the filter once every 1-2 months.

How often should I change the water?
When you notice it’s not clean enough, usually every 3-6 weeks, some prefer earlier.
The water chiller filters out particles and cleanses water, but changing the water every few weeks helps maintain hygiene. We recommend keeping the lid on the tub when not using it to avoid getting additional debris inside. We recommend washing the inside of the tub every time you do a water change.
What maintenance is required?
Maintenance purely lies with the chiller filters, cleaning the metal mesh in the chiller, and replacing the particle filter.
The heat pump system is fully sealed and leak-tested and should never need to be maintained. The main flow and priming pumps have an exceptional lifespan and are expected to last more than 10 years of continuous use.
Both products also come with a 1 Year Warranty and a Repair Kit for minor issues (although they rarely happen).
Is the chiller going to run up my electricity bill?
In short, don't worry as the chiller certainly won’t ramp up your electricity bill.
